How to make personal splashscreen?

I captured a screen shot using Screen Hunter.

What format was the original screen shot? If it was something other than a recognized .bmp format (a .jpg for example), simply renaming to .bmp will not work. You must convert the image to .bmp format.

I see that the ScreenHunter-Free save formats are .jpg, .png,

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
