Sound Modders help.

Postby flash44 » Sun Jun 14, 2009 2:29 pm

First, I'd like to say Thanks to all those folks who've made some very cool sound files for the commercial jets. Their all masterfull pieces of work and immensly to the realizm of FSX. Hats Off!

What i'm looking at trying to do and not having much luck, is making the seat on/off, no smoking on/off into a two way switch that would allow two sound files asigned to each toggle. ie  No Smoking=preparetakeoff, unfastenseatbelt;  Seatbelt= fasten seatbelt, thanksforflyingsouthwest.
Or is possible to make and inactive toggle on the overhead panel into an active on?   Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.   Flash

I am not 100% sure if this will work But I use a program called FS PANEL Studio, It has the ability to make gauges from scratch it works for both FS9 and FSX. This is a payware program but it is by far the easiest way to make or edit custom panels Check out the link below 8-)

I'll take a closer look at this and see what you get for the price. kinda
hoping for a quick fix to make the toggle switches activate two sound files instead of one and at the moment don't have plans to redesign
cockpit layouts. But it does look interesting.  Thank for the tip Gary!
