POSKY is very good:

A lot of good planes can be found here on SimV too.
If payware is an option, Captainsim has some nice commercial airlines as well. I do not own any of their products though, so I can't tell you anything about them.

Well, POSKY has no cockpits or VC. It says i have to download it, but I can't find it.

Look a bit harder. Also, look at the aircraft .cfg files.
POSKY aircraft usually have OUTSTANDING VC's.

When i download them, in the place of a panel it is message that says go to their website.

Is there a place to read about how to do all that. I too have looked at their site and from the point of someone that knows nothing about how POSKY works it is a bit confusing. The web site reads like you already know how and what to do to get the aircraft, panels, ect. I would love to try them out as well!

The readme files that come with the aircraft have good descriptions on what to do. Also look at the link in my signature for the 777 vc.
