I've lost the tool and need to redownload it.  However, all the zillions on google hits are just forums.

Can someone please give me heads up as to where to get it.

The original 'Rapid Share' link is dead.

there are 2 links in the FSX tuning thread at simforums.. if rapid share is dead the other should be active as it was hosted on a better server

EDIT: I just checked.. both rapid share and the other link to filefront are still good
