Where does finished Mission saves?

If you are finished with a mission, there will be a checked mark on the mission itself.  Unfortunately I have to reformat my computer hard disk but was able to back-up the files.  When I re-installed my FSX, all the missions are unchecked.  Would anyone know which directory does it go to? Which files should I transfer or save from my back-up?
