Is there a way to make the tow plane turn while it's pulling you? Thanks.

Yes, there is a way to "control" the tow plane.
I can't find the precise instructions again nor the link I had at that time, but basically you have to install the SDK in order to get some tool in your sim. From this tool, a small window like ATC, you can enter commands to control AI planes, and in this way you can indicate to the two plane to make turns.

- one to make it turn http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?Ca ... DLID=98941

Is there any way to change the tow plane? Say change it to a Lear 45, or a F/A 18.

Sorry don`t know, but it reminded me of something.  I used to live on the East Coast of the UK, with lots of airfields at every twist and turn.  Most taken over by Sunday Markets and stuff but some used by glider clubs.  As we passed one airfield in the car, Mum said "whats all them double decker buses doing on the airfield?"  Dad told her they bought some old buses cheap and used them to tow the gliders.  To which Mum replied "Well how do the buses get down again?"

For years she hated passing the airfields cos we all said ooh look theirs a double decker bus taking off again.  This true life story was brought to you by just another Joe Bloggs in the street......

Sorry to bring this out of the grave... But I'm trying to find the program or edit or whatever that allows you to change the flight path of the Tow Plane.

Yes I remember that.. I even responded to it! I just couldn't remember the name of it.

Don't suppose there has been an update since you posted that? If I remember correct I had issues getting it to work with Vista.

I don't know about updates, I'm still using the same exact version as I posted. The only thing I changed is that I'm now using the Waco from Piglet instead of the Colt as a tow plane ;). The fact is that I run on XP.
