ATC off the rails again

ATC off the rails again

Tried to land at Honolulu PHNL with an A330 and was directed to rwy 8 water!Just asked for a land runway and ATC obliged. Is there a fix out for this problem? :o

Same thing happen to me, they must be smoking that mauiy wowiy in the tower ;D

Yeah ATC said some weird to me too, they gave me a landing clearance to "Runway 8" at Frankfurt EDDF.  :D ;D
