New to FSX

Postby gibbsy24 » Tue Mar 10, 2009 3:59 pm

I've been playing fsx for the past couple weeks since i got it and i'm finally getting into it. But two things i'm wondering is. 1.If there is a way to set up the gates like the one's in the tutorials in free flight. 2.If someone can give me tips about flying helicopters. Thanks in advance;D

As for helicopters, best thing I can say is to just play the tutorials. As for the gates, what gates are you talking about?

The gates you go though in tutorials (green and red in color), they are in the two helicopter tutorials and a few others.

Well you can set up the gates like in the tutorials by playing the tutorials.

Pretty easy I think.  ;)

Hi Folks

gibbsy24 -
The FSX tutorials are actually FSX Missions.

Using the SDK Object Placement Tool, (OPT),
you can replicate the same experience at any location,
but it takes a lot of work.

Just recommend you keep flying the various helicopter tutorials,
and as they say -
Practise makes perfect !
