Tower, where is it?

Postby Mike500 » Mon Mar 02, 2009 8:30 pm

Hi, I am new with FSX and maybe it is a silly question but i cant see the tower on the maps, so i cant move it to get better views.

Is it a difference between fs2002 and fsx?

Any help?

Thanks,

In versions previous to FSX the tower view could be edited by going to the maps screen.

This is not a feature in FSX

However there are more views available in FSX so its not needed anymore. When you in any view you can hit "A" to switch to different views within that view. So for example, if you hit "S" from the VC you will be put in spot view, if you then hit "A" you will switch to a flyby view, if you hit it again, you will go to a top down view, hit it again and you will get a locked spot view.

Hope this helped!

You can also right-click on any 3d view and choose a new view from the popup list.

I highly suggest opening the Learning Center and - well - actually learning something!  ;D
