Record video of flying in flight simulator?

I need a free recording program so that I can record me flying on FSX. I want to show my flights on youtube, but I can't find a way to record it. All help is appreciated!  ;)

Check out my video's and click on how to make a FSX video. I hope that helps to get recorders its best to get FRAPS which isnt free but it is the best if not get a screen recorder you can find free ones on google.

although im holding off of the fsx videos till I get fs2004 so I can have a better frame-rate
