FSX Development stopped?

Postby slrman » Sun Feb 22, 2009 7:19 am

I just read that MS is disbanding the FSX development team.  Does this mean this is the last MSFS?  Or that they are going to someday release an "All New, Improved, Even more Powerful"  flight simulator?

FSX development itself hasn't stopped because of this, Microsoft haven't been developing anything for FSX since Acceleration. Team ACES has been disbanded, yes, but this doesn't mean, we won't ever see another FS. There are tons of threads on this matter around the forums, read through them.

[quote]So yes, the "Flight Simulator" series of titles is over. FSX 2.0 is the last title.
