That's where you gotta take it upon yourself. You really cant even count on published data about the real-world counterpart.
What I've done, is simply note the amount of fuel burned during a climb.. Then noted the fuel-consumption vs TAS during cuise.. and then guestimate consumption for a descent.
I have little charts for each model I use regularly. And even with those, you'd rarely make a flight where you'd push into reasonble reserves.
In a way, it's quite realistic :)
