Sinking helicoper & floating white house???

I have Flight sim x deluxe with acceleration and when I went to land my Marine One EH 101 on the White House front lawn the helicopter

sounds to me that that part of the scenery is not particularly well modeled in it's stock version

what i would advise is for you to search the net for addon scenery (look for 'white house' or 'washington dc')

addon scenery is made focusing on a small part of the world and generally is of much better quality than what comes in FS... so it should improve things greatly
