MAJOR flight problem

Postby lizard_king2000 » Tue Feb 10, 2009 3:31 pm

For some reason, all my planes have the Ailerons stuck in the position as if I'm going to bank right. I can't take off because my plane just flips over on the right. I obviously can't fly any of my aircraft with this problem either.

Anyone know what the heck may be causing this problem and how to fix it? I'm desperate and extremely frustrated.

Or check your joystick's calibration.  And make sure the cat isn't sitting on the arrow buttons on the keyboard.

my guess would be your defult flight is a saved flight in which the AP is turned on.

Ensuring that the autopilot off is part of the pre-takeoff checklists... ;)

It seems now I just have to figure out why when I'm taking off, my plane (all of them) wants to stear to the right slighty. Usually it means taking off almost diagonally. So my plane wants to turn off the runway, I have to rudder left to get her to sorta go straight.

I've looked at my joystick's configuration and it all appears to be correct and everything is centered that should be.

Once i had a problem like this... i thought of it as 'probably wind' for a long time before it started to get a little too weird for just wind
