Nothing starts

Here is the problem I've been having. I have the master switch on, full fuel, mixture and prop control in, primed, turn the key to start and it wont start. This is just happening in a couple of my planes and its really frustrating to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Are you having problems starting any aircraft, or only specific aircraft? There are addon aircraft I can't start either ;)

What's your throttle setting?

Is the fuel-selector set to a tank, or is it off?

I used to be able to start the ones that now wont start. I have the tank selector to both and with both tanks full and I cant get it to fire.

ok, this happened to me once... and might not be as stupid as it sounds...

check your fuel  ;)

Caranedo Cessna 172

Master Switch- On
Fuel Level- Checked and full
Prime Engine in cold weather 4 strokes
Throttle cracked 1/4 inch
Mags to start

And Nothing. It turns over but it acts like it doesnt have fuel.

hmm... also try checking the air pressure/altitude... sometimes, when taking off from a high place, the engine might have trouble starting...

try starting with 50% mixture

that should rule out environmental issues... if it's not that, it might be a problem with the aircraft itself

do all your aircraft have trouble starting, or just a few?
