where to find: FSX.cfg FSX.exe

Where is the FSX.cfg  and FSX.exe files located?
I have been trying to install this add on for awhile, and am having no luck because it tells me to look for a folder  or file i can't find.

From your screen shot, where it says "FSX", the .cfg is in that folder, click the FSX folder, and the CFG will be in the list of files on the right.

For the FSX.exe, it is in the main FSX folder where you have it installed.  It's icon is a little blue square with a white aircraft pointing to the upper right.

That is the thing in that folder is are only 2 folders: Shades and Shades10
there is no .cfg in there any place, and this is really pissing me off.

But when I go through the C:/program files(x86)/Microsoft/games/flightsim/  I can get to the config folder with all sorts of stuff in it, but I try and use that way to install the software like it says, it just keeps saying file not found.

Wrong folder mate

In the AppData folder, go to 'Roaming'. You're in local

From there, it's Microsoft\FSX
