Yup, already have mine! Another texture was released today as well. That makes 3, with many, many yet to come!
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

I could not get it to work right.....the instructions were a bit confusing on that item # 3 of the install for FSX.  That made no sense to me.......maybe I'm just a duffus!  I tried to load it a couple times and it would work, but no VC or gages.  Maybe it has no VC....but no gages ain't working for me!! ::)

Does it use the 737/747 panel??  If so......I'l just fly my 737/747.

Hmm, ok I see what you mean. I downloaded the ana model (again, as I installed without reading anything before) and took a look at the instructions. I dont see where there are any alternate aircraft.cfgs and such. You may be able to ask them at Posky.... but I warn you, search everywhere first. They can be quite rude there.

Another thing you can do is just install as usual and then follow my instructions on getting the fs9 777 gauge file.

I tried about everything that in the past has applied to freeware aircraft, but no luck.  I did not try anything you have suggested so far, but I may do that today.

Oh boy, here come all the, "I cant get the gauges working" posts. haha

Running FSX, I'm not a big Posky fan.  I'm pretty satisfied with the freeware FSX Boeing 777-300 Package available here:  http://www.simviation.com/simviation/static.php?ID=60&page=24.  The VC is rather sparse but the plane is stable and flys well in my opinion and that goes pretty far in my book.

I downloaded that one, and did allthe things Rob suggestes above......but still had some gage issues.  I did fly it a bit, and it was pretty good, but I could not get over the gage issue so I deleted it.  I'll go back to the 737....it's a great aircraft that flys well.  I can do without one that is a hassle.

So quick to give up on it. I dont know how new you are to the FS world, but often times you do have to tweak some things to get them working. Especially here. The Posky 777 is made for FS9, NOT FSX. But myself, and many other FSX users have the Posky 777 working beautifully. Whats the fun in not tweaking things? Thats how I leaned to make stuff work.

And Arkycharlie, you know that very 777-300 you have is really just the FS9 default 777, right?

If you really like the biz jets, check out the Embraer Legacy 600 on the Posky site. No vc, but the exterior models are some of the best I have seen! Again, they are for FS9, but a quick alias to the default CRJ panel works just fine.

As for the 777, they did a great job getting that big thing done. The vc is better than most payware vc's for the 777. Believe me, when you get it working, you will love flying it. I do, and I usually like small prop planes, or fighter jets!
