FSX including FSX Steam version.

a question about FSrecorder

i downloaded FSrecorder from the website but i just want to know if i can take the files that i recorded and upload them to the web?

You can just like any other file - but what would be the use?

If you're using default FSX only you could send him the files and he should be able to open them with his FSRecorder in his FSX.
Otherwise use e.g. fraps to make a 'real' video that you can upload to youtube or send him!
