using FSX recorder

when i record a video with the FSX recorder how do i preview the video? or uploads it  ::)

You can watch it in the Sim. Get to the same spot where you recorded the video and go to Add-On->Recorder->Play... I think the next step would be to record with fraps.
Otherwise you would need some programm that can convert .frc-files (though I don't think that this exists!)

You can't convert them, as they use everything in FSX to play...
