I recently changed my operating system to Win.VISTA Home Premium 64. I re-installed FSX, and all of the Service Packs up to SP2. I Also updated the SDK TO SP2, and have the Tool function active in the Free Flight selection of the sim. I have LOM,RWY12,Object Manager,FSX_KML, AI Flight Manager and AFX all working correctly.
