Special Aircraft Controls

What default aircraft in FSX need or have special controls assigned?

For Example:

Boeing F/A 18
      Arrester Hook, Launch bar, Catapult Set, Catapult Launch.

De Havilland DHC2 Beaver
      Water Rudder

I know there are some commands for probably the Augusta Westland EH101 helicopter for the hoist cable controls.  Is there controls for the Grumman Goose G21A?

For the FSX default check the "GrummanGooseG21A_check.htm"-files (here the Goose one, located in the according aircraft folder). You should find all necessary keys there...
