FSX 10 meter Mesh for Hawaii???

I was looking at this the other day and I didn't know whether to download because I didn't know what it was. Could anyone explain what it is and is it worth downloading?

A mesh increases the elevation detail, making it more detailed (rough) compared to the smoothing (rounded) you see with the default mesh.

Yes, it's worth it.

You'll have to move your Mesh Resolution slider to 10m or smaller to see the details of the new 10m mesh.
