Hmmm... not a significant difference but in fsx most of the aircraft have wing flex and compressing gear (some) etc and of course FSX has WAY more "failure" (ex: engine failure, engine fire etc) settings than FS9. There are a few other things but in general stand-point there is not much difference. Correct me if I'm wrong all! ;)

The differences are few, that's right.
A little list would be:
- modified flight dynamics: they have changed something regarding the controls, the reactions of the planes. An FS9 plane doesn't fly in FSX exactely as in FS9, but the difference is not that noticable. For example, I believe the interpretation of the center of gravity has changed.... hmm maybe someone can confirm ?
- ground handling differences depending on the type of surface (tarmac, mud, snow, the grip is not the same)
- new fly-by-wire system on the Airbus
- ability to fly over 100.000 feet altitude
- head movement in the VC: this doesn't change the way the plane flies, but it radically changes the way you feel the flight

There are certainely some other points, but I think I gave the most obvious ones. As you can see, the difference between FS9 and FSX in this domain is not that big.

the cockpit movement is kick ace!!!!

also...when i'm flying the J-3...it doesn't fly perfectly straight and level...it kinda....wobbles from side-to-side....WHICH IT SHOULD! it flies like the old gal it is...this and there's standard water reflections on the tarmac...bu thats irrelevant.....but +1 on the handling...on ice...you slide all over heck.

I LOVE IT!

I've never been able to describe it accurately, but the whole VC experience is more realistic. Probably because of better VCs and the VC movement.. But it's more than that...  the interaction between pitch/roll/yaw is more realistic.. turbulence and ground-effect are better, too.
