Autopilot airspeed setting problem

I installed the UKMIL fsx Victor When setting the A/P airspeed it was already set for 331 knots. It cannot be set any lower than 320. The cfg says it has a/t plus arming so everything seems normal.Thought it might be a bad download so tried one from another site same fault.Tried a  different a/p no change, changed the a/p cfg entry from an aircraft that I knew was good but still the same fault.Never seen this fault before its new to me.Any ideas for a fix for this?

Gary. I have already tried changing the a/p cfg entry from a known good 4 engine a/c but  same problem. I have installed ukmil's nimrod and the a/p is ok.When I find time will put the nimrod's entire panel in the victor and see if that cures the problem or try the victor panel into another a/c and see what happens. This fault has got my curi0sity up. First time I have run into this fault it would be nice to narrow it down. :-?

The proble was found.I installed the panel from ukmil's nimrod and the a/p speed now works fine.It must be a glitch in the original panel and I am not expert enough to diagnose what is wrong. Perhaps someone who knows better could have a look. there are two original panels that were for the different models,but both have the same problem.
