Cold & Dark c/pit

Hi Guys
Can anyone help me to start up in a ready to go cockpit?
I have done this for years and suddenly all are cold and dark, what cause this, I don't know, can't remember doing anything different.

Start up the plane, press the alt key, go to Flight -> Save.

Save the flight, and check the "Save as default" box.

And for staring with the plane in the hangar or on the boarding gate?

When you go to select your airport before the flight there's a box on that page that allows you to choose what runway or gate you start at.
