I've got an FSX video in the works, and for that, I need an airport with a long runway, very close by the ocean, pointing towards a Spring sunrise. By that, I mean I can climb out straight from the runway, and be over the ocean almost immediately, flying towards the sunrise.

Anyone know of such an airport?

Simply look at the FS map, zoom into the coast of your choice, and choose an airport that suits your needs. There are thousands of airports on coasts to choose from

Try Jardine Del Ray in Cayo Coco, Cuba and what, plane are using?

Lotsa airports on FL east coast....just pick one and set your date/time.  KFLL has 09 L/R, KMIA has 08 L/R, 09, and 12

Beginning is coming along beautifully! I just need to record a lot of flying now, and come up with a few ideas for what kinda flying exactly...

Caracas' Simon Bolivar Int'l (SVMI) 09 would also be nice.  You have Carribbean on port side and a huge mountain range starboard as you take off.  Should make for some nice pics as well.

You could also look at CYVR--Vancouver BC, Canada. It has runways going east and west, and it's right on the water.

Try Jardines Del Rey Intl in Cayo Coco, Cuba, The island is pretty small. The runways is shore side and MS didn't detail it, it has crystal clear water

Ok you need either Runway 27 or Runway 9
27 heads West
9 Heads East

West, but the exact heading varies on wherever you are on the globe.
