PSS Concorde

I have a working Pss Concorde for fsx I dont know how but for some reason people are saying its not compatable???... but two main problems, How do I get the reheats on?

Try Shift + F4.

unfortunatly still no luck... it just wont budge the throttle above 90% and still no reheats... 100% throttle works on all other aircraft... just this one. (which is a pain as itcant get to its cruising altitude or height without that power)    :(
