Error when installing need help!!

Everytime i try to install Flight simulator x I get an error message saying

Error 1335: The cabinet file required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM or a problem with this package.

If someone could help me that would be great, I have windows xp.

Sounds like the first option is to take it back to the store and exchange it for another copy, unless you got it over the net, and then you'd have to check the vendors return policy.

(That's the only thing I don't like about ordering things on-line.  Return policies... ugh!  With a store, it's pretty cut and dried... end rant.)
