Mirage F.1 FSX

I can't seem to get Kirk Olsson's Mirage F.1 for FSX working. I get a "failed to load flight model" error, this aircraft was specifically made for FSX and I know that it is installed correctly.

No, this airplane WAS NOT made specifically made for FSX. It was maybe made for FS2002 in fact. Don't believe the descriptions of the downloads in SimViation, they are full of errors.

This plane needs some tweaking to make it work in FSX SP2, basically it's all about textures. Be sure you download the correct version (2.5).

You'll notice in the description that there are some issues.

However, once you've read the forums, you'll understand what has to be done in order to make a plane work. Basically, once installed correctly, you just need to edit one texture (windowsr.bmp, or something like that) to make it transparent again.

Then you'll get this:
