1) how can i turn the plane with the tail ? - because i cant move the tail
2) how can i add a cockpit to the textures only aircrafts ?
3) why whenever i start a flight i find my self on the middle of the runway and not in the passengers place ?
4) why dont i get that box that tells me that i am cleared for take off and landing ?
5) after i takeoff how can i let the plane stay at that height because when i leave the joy stick the plane starts falling and theres no way except that i keep holding the joystick
6) why when i am flying i find an alarm saying speed too high why does this happen and how can i stop it ????????

Hehe welcome to the world of flying, reminds me of the days I started.

1) To be able to "turn with the tail" as you call it, it means you must be able to use the rudder. I suggest a good joystick with a twist grip, meaning you can turn the stick. That will enable you to taxi easier. As for tunring in flight (Banking) you should not use just the rudder.

2) A Virtual cockpit (VC) must be installed on a plane. You cant just move them around to planes which has none.

3) Before you start a flight (Free flight) you must select in the menu to be at a gate. The same menu where u selct the airport you want to be at. There is a drop down folder where you can select gates/ramps.

4) You can get Air Traffic Controll by using the little worm button often found above the 1 tab. Yours might be on different spot. I have a weid keyboard.

5) This is complicated. You need to set the pitch of the plane. In most aircraft there is a mechanism that looks like a wheel. It can be turned up and down. You need to carefully adjust that to set the pitch having to fly without preasure on the stick.

You could also turn on the autopilot.

6) Easy, slow down man. In the 2d cocopit you will find a tab that allows you to see the aircraft specs. How fast it can fly, take-off speeds and landing speeds, flap settings speed etc.

I sugest you do the reading found in the learning centre, also let rob take you for a practise session in the learning centre.

1. Turn off auto rudder in settings
2. if you want a 2d panel, just copy a panel from any plane to the one you want
3. You may have ended your last saved flight like that, save one while in the normal postion
4. press the ` key
5. Trim your plane
6. reduce throttle, and turn on speed brakes.
7. press the L key

Raaashy, i'd suggest you ask one question at a time. Work out the solution with the gang, then move on to the next question.

"Textures Only" are just the paint of the aircraft, there is no aircraft, or panel, or sound, or anything else.  A "Texture only" is used to add different paints schemes to an aircraft that you already have.

For instance, a "Qantas Airlines textures only" for the default (came with the game)  747-400 gets installed in the default FSX b747_400 folder in "FSX\Simobjects\airplanes\b747_400 folder.  Then you also have to edit the "aircraft" file using Windows NotePad to identify that new texture. Usually the texture only download will caontain a "Read Me" file that has the instructions.  Just follow the instructions, and when you "Sim UP", you should have a "Qantas Airlines 747-400" in your preview page.

Sounds like spending some time in the 'lessons' will really be helpful to you, raaashy. There is a lot to be learned there. As it has been said many, many times here before--you gotta learn to walk before you can run. Good luck.
