Aspen, Colorado ILS not working+Altitude Question

Okay ive flown the Dever-Aspen route TWICE now and each time the ILS doesent work? Idk why but it doesnt line me up with the runway which makes me do it manually..

Also another question is (I know the Aspen altitude is around 70-7500 feet but on other airports if its like 800, 1000, or such how can I find that out?

You can find runway airport elevation by selecting the airport in the map, and showing the info.

I haven't flown the Colorado ILS, are there mountains around there?

It might have an offset course, to line you up differently.

Just flew into Aspen-KASE  and the rwy 15 LOC/DME is spot on, flew me right to the centerline.

Assuming you are setting up your LOC intercept properly; are you tuned to the correct LOC/DME? There are 2 at Aspen.

IASE 111.15 Rwy 15  LOC/DME (no glideslope)
IPKN-108.50 LOC/DME(Backcourse) for missed appr. and Rwy 33 departure proceedures.

And is that the frequency you got off of the default map?
I know the takeoffs are on runway 33 and landings 15 but ive tried the flight twice becuase ive landed there once in real life in a CRJ-700 United Express and I wanted to do that flight and I tried the DEFAULT CRJ-700 and Embraer 170 but both werent lined up on the runway. I was doing the same as I do with all ILS but do I need to change some switches or what?

Yes, for landing rwy 15 the LOC/DME is 111.15 as shown on the default map.

The only thing different than flying an ILS landing is LOC/DME has no glideslope so you use the PAPI lights to fly the glideslope manually.
