FSX- No full screen

Well, I re-installed FSX, and a new problem arose, when it's loading into the game, it doesn't show it's progress, just a black screen until it loads, which makes me kinda paranoid.

Anyone know how to make it display this?


Edit: Now it just refuses to do full screen altogether

Are you talking about the "splash" screen, or the game?  You might need to check you screen settings, too.

I have a similar problem. Every now and then, the white loading box is shown, but no black background, then when its loaded, all the scenery is messed up, and the planes parts are messed up. :-?

If the sim is in "window mode" and not fullscreen, you can hit ALT + ENTER to get it to go back to fullscreen. If you are getting graphical issues, then I'm not sure what you can do to fix it other then change your settings or re-install.

do you have a graphic card that can handle fsx??

It works fine now, just had to install it in a different path this time ;S.


Problems always cure themselves right after I complain about them.
