Today i decided to put better looking smoke with the AlphaSim C-130....I went into my AlphaSim B-52 CFG and copied the smoke section...
[smokesystem]
smoke.0 = -3.5, -58.5, -7, b52smoke
smoke.1 =
Im not sure here, but im gonna paste the smoke system from the Captain Sim one here:
[smokesystem]
smoke.0=-8,-34, 0, cs130_smoke
smoke.1=-9,-17, 0, cs130_smoke
smoke.2=-9, 17, 0, cs130_smoke
smoke.3=-8, 34, 0, cs130_smoke
Just replace the cs130_smoke with the b52smoke and it should be good.
For something like that, when the original effects are lined up, but you want a darker or lighter smoke, you just have to change the effect name.
It's already here. See the post by NitroPower. You should be able to copy what he posted into your aircraft.cfg file. Just look for the section [smokesystem] and replace it with Nitro's smokesystem lines. The original cs130_smoke effects should still be in your "effects" folder, so everything should work. I cannot double check, since I do not have the CS C-130, so pehaps NitroPower can double check and help if that doesn't work.
