airstrip in space

Is it possible to make an airstrip in space in FSX?
in a spaceship or something like that.  :)

I have seen simmers on here modify the sim to create flying aircraft carriers and then land on them in mid-air, so i guess... yes... If one could model a mothership with a landable surface, it would be possible to place it at a high altitude and land on it. You'd have to wait for one of the people who did it to chip in as to how they did it with the carrier though...

I remember an Independance Day giant space ship ting on FS9 which was hovering (like 7 of them I think, over capital cities) which you could land on.

So yes, sounds extremely possible.

thank you, it is wat i am looking for, now i need to find some one who can build an spaceship, like starwars or battlestar galactica. because i don't know how to build it.

You need to take a look around the Simviation download site. There are all kinds of them.
