Texture flickering and menu crashes

I just installed the new Catalyst 8.6 drivers and guess what... in DX10 Preview mode, runway textures still flicker and FSX still crashes once in a while when using the menu. A lot of people have said this to be a driver problem but if it is, ATI hasn't corrected this issue. Oh well, back to DX9 (once more).

Besides the fact that DX10 aint compatible with most add-ons/vice versa if you like, it still remains unplayable.

Lol I once said it here on a thread and some poster with 10< posts told me I dont know what I talk about. That most add-ons work with DX10 and that it enhances the FSX experience with leaps.

I havent tried 8.6 since it is only BETA but DX9 with 8.5 is great.  

8.6 is really out? WOW, why go back to 8.5? How is 8.6 in DX9?

I'm not going back to 8.5, just back to FSX DX9 mode lol. DX9 is fine but DX10 runs smoother and faster, that's why I would like to see the problems solved.
