Even though I have got FSX Deleuxe edtion, I don't have the software development kit. I have all the other deluxe features. Do you know what's wrong?

You gotta install it.

I was confuzzled as well at first, but here's what you gotta do:

Insert installation disc one. (If you got Acceleration installed, use that disc).

Browse the contents of the disc, and you should find a setup file for the SDK.

Run that.
