AIcarriers2 add-on help

Postby deltaleader » Fri Jun 13, 2008 12:10 pm

For some reason, when I try to install the aicarriers2, it cannot modify the exe.xml file in FSX on vista32 (yes, I am admin).

I'm not sure which it is...

I picked up a great aicarriers2r2.zip at Avsim.

It adds an ATC-style window that lets you add navy vessels during free flight.

I think it is the same one you are refering too.  On that page it is called, "FSX AI Carriers for Flight Simulator X SP1 and Acceleration."

If you have it installed and working, can you open up your exe.xml file in notepad and copy/paste the contents in to this thread?  That would help me out a lot. Thanks!

btw: I cannot remember the exact location off the exe.xml file since I am not at my computer, but just do a search on you computer for it. It will show up in an FSX folder somewhere.
