I see tugs and luggage cars, but I don't know how to activate them. Help please.

I see tugs and luggage cars, but I don't know how to activate them. Help please.

Shift + P= Pushback (mostly there will be a pushback car but if not it will do it automatically)
Ctrl + J= Jetway (may take a minute or 2 to connect onto the main door)
Shift + E= Main Door open/close
Shift + E + 2= Luggage cars (may take a minute or so to move but they have to be at your gate and the cargo doors on the right of your airplane have to open)
Shift + F= Fuel Truck

You have to have the scenery complexity (and/or density)(and/or airport vehicles) turned up pretty hight, too..
