No rudder

FSX including FSX Steam version.

No rudder

I have FSX installed on both my desk top and my laptop. I use primarily my laptop and it is the laptop that I have a small problem, I use a USB joystick, nothing special, but small enough to fit into my laptop bag. I have  auto rudder set, but am getting no rudder input. I have recalibrated and made sure that the auto rudder selected, but nothing.........any ideas?

B1 (Cat C) licenced engineer, Boeing 737NG 600/700/800/900 Airbus A318/19/20/21 and Dash8 Q-400
1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Are you saying that with autorudder you cannot steer with the aileron axis while taxiing?

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
