How to download the extra effect folders...?

Okay well on some of the airplanes ive downloaded they have extra effect folders. What im not sure is how to download them becuase when i go to the effect folders it looks like there are no folders in it so i just copy and paste the stuff that was in the effect folder from the aircraft download WITHOUT THE FOLDER just like all the other airplanes. When i go to use the aircraft for lets say it has its own ground service in the effects folder..It does'nt work...

Any help on how to download stuff into your effect folders?

Lets see, If I read your post correctly, You are copy and pasting the files from the downloaded effects folder into the main effects folder. That's about how to do it. Another way is the just copy and paste the entire folder in to the main FSX directory.
Since you mentioned ground services, are you activating it with the correct key strokes? They might use the tailhook command, or any other keystroke t to a get the ground service to appear.

Is there a certian plane that you are having an issue with? Let us know and someone can research it for you

Yeah thats what im doing. If i put a folder in there instead of just copy and pasting the effects will it not work...
