737-800 question

FSX including FSX Steam version.

737-800 question

Hi all. I have a question about a warning light (I assume) in the 737. On the left of the cockpit, above the primary flight display, (the one that tells you alt, and speed) The light seems to say

Below Glide Slope, maybe? I haven't looked at the cockpit so far, but could be a warning sign for a too low approach...

That is what it is. This light will come on as you approach the airport while you are tuned in to the ILS. As you intercept the glide scope the litle will turn off

Good stuff-- Odd tho, is that it will light up on departures, in flight, and even while on the taxiway. I guess tho you don't have to actually be landing to intercept the signal huh?  Thanks a bunch guys.
