FSX Saab 35 Draken Package. no install exe

hi all,  i hope i find you all in good health.

i have downloaded  the FSX Saab 35 Draken Package. in the readme it says click on the exe and follow the on screen instructions. i dont seem t have that file. am i being stupid and not read it right or is the file there but in another format.

apologies if its a pain.

I just downloaded it, to take a look.

It looks like a standard, manual installation.
