Need help with settings

Title may not explain much, but I remember seeing a post on here a while back.... (lets say around 2 months at the most) regarding frame rates I believe, and ways to get good results on lesser systems. I remember that someone had posted screenshots of their settings and posted them up. If anyone remembers this post, please let me know! Thanks
