Downloading other aircraft

I'm new to the forums so don't flame me if this is a repeat. But I downloaded an F-16 of this sight, and I can't get it onto fllightsim.
So if someone could be nice enough to tell me how to get it on there I would be happy.

Download & install the example Bird Dog before going any further. This will give you the basic idea of how it's done.

If you want help with a specific file it's a good idea to tell us where it's posted. A link to the page would be a great help.
