FSX problem please help A.S.A.P.

Ok I have been experincing problems in multiplayer on fsx (Can't host session) and some aircrafts aren't working. So I put in FSX Disk 1 and selected repair it repaired but then I try opening FSX and I get a message saying Fatal Error! Now my FSX won't even start up!!!

Can anyone help me?

P.S. I have  Vista Home Premium 32 bit, FSx has been working for months Acceleration is installed and whenever I try repairing that it keeps freezing
