Lost My FSX CFG

I just activated my new rig and did a clean install of FSX followed by installation of the FSX Acceleration. It used to be and probably still is that to get to the fsx.cfg file, goto Documents and Setting, Application Data, Microsoft and FSX cfg. However, there is no Application Data in the Document and Setting. BTW, the OS (WinXP SP2 was also newly installed.

You must enable hidden files and folders in Windows to find the folder


TOOLS - FOLDER OPTIONS - VIEW... scroll down and check "enable hidden files and folders"  click APPLY

Now go get it

Isn't it in documents and settings\your name\application data etc... ?

If you're not sure where it is, just use the search tool. It's quite handy at times....
