Can't look around in FSX Freely

Is there any application that I need in order to able to move around virtual cockpit and cabins etc in FSX. It appears that active camera is only for FS9 or maybe i am just using it wrong . Any help is greatly appreciated!

Is that a default fsx command or is that using active camera?

It's default, great for getting the angle just right in screenshots

There's an application called 'Wheelmouse'  that's a freebie here at SimV.  Once you install it, all you need do is hold the mouse wheel down and you can pan around the cockpit as you wish...

To move around (not just pan) you can use the default 'eyepoint' key combo's. Check in the Kneeboard>Keys-View Commands.

There is also DBS Walk&Follow FSX-payware.
