Instant Replay during Missions

I was wondering if there was a way to use instant replay during the missions, became I'm trying to make a video and by default you can't get to the instant replay button.

Have you just tried recording a video of the mission and then playing that back when you are all done?  If you use the default video recording module in FSX, you can do everything that replay allows you to do (change views, angles, and so on).  You could then video capture from the replay.

The only thing with capturing the video during the mission is its the  Reno Air Race, so its is very hard to fly from the spot view, and switch views at 500mph

Gotcha!  I figured it must be something challenging like that!  How about the default video recording and playback?  Would that work?

I just discovered that the flight recording function is not accessible during a mission.  Hm . . . the plot thickens!

Oh well just tested capturing video from the sim with the P-51D but it takes down the FPS to around 8 FPS, so I won't worry about making a video any time soon
