Light Texture files

I have found a way to make lights in paint shop and I was going to use them to replace the default lights in FSX (like nav, and strobe) but I don't know where the texture file is for them. :-/

If you want realistic lighting, go download NickN's light packages here on SimV... ;)

Is that a FSX light fix or the light fix for FS9?
