Pan Rates

In aircraft that are configured for it, you can cycle through various views within the VC, such as right seat, avionics, engine controls, ect. I've tried increasing PitchPanRate and HeadingPan Rate values within the aircraft.cfg files, but even values as large as 900,000 don't seem to make a difference. The pan rate still starts out very slow. What else to I need to edit?

I've been discovering the same exact issue 10 minutes ago while exploring the right seat of the Goose.
However, the pan was slow only if I stoped moving the view for a while. If I move the view enough, the pan becomes fast / normal speed.

I wonder if there isn't any parameter linked to an acceleration ratio of something like that in the camera definitions...

EDIT: maybe the momentum effet line ?
